Grantee Technical Assistance
What to Expect: May– November Learning Sessions
From May through November, SAIH will host a series of technical assistance & capacity-building learning sessions covering a range of topics identified and informed by grantees.
These topics include: Sustainability, Research Design, Research Methods, Communications, Dissemination, Community Stewardship, and Adjournment. To support accessibility and reduce scheduling administration, we will host this new series of technical assistance during existing CPN, ECBG, and COP meeting times (including office hours), since these dates are already on grantees’ calendars. Strong support for this approach arose during recent 1:1 conversations.
Technical assistance (sustainability, research, and communications/dissemination) sessions, including lectures, seminars, and discussions, will be recorded and made available to any grantee unable to attend live.
This technical assistance is in partnership and in collaboration with the Technical Assistance that S4A is also launching with Dr. Sharla Smith and Dr. Michael Preston.
STAY TUNED! More information to come from the learning session hosted by Dr. Sharla Smith and Dr. Michael Preston!
Requesting 1:1 Technical Assistance From Dr. Stephens, Allecia Harley, & Dr. Preston
Grantees may request 1:1 collaboration with Dr. Allison Stephens, Dr. Michael Preston, and Allecia Harley to apply the topics covered to RWJF-funded project-specific or organization-specific needs. We ask that all 1:1 TA requests come through the INFO (info@SystemsAlignmentInnovationHub.org) inbox so we can help steward each speaker’s/collaborator's contracted 1:1 hours equitably. Help reduce administrative time for our new TA collaborators and inform how we can adjust this pilot process. This also helps us identify when multiple grantees share similar needs (and might benefit from small‑group TA), and it gives SAIH the visibility needed to adapt our support to what grantees are actually asking for.
To request a 1:1 session, please:

These meetings are designed to support the direct application of technical assistance to your RWJF‑funded project and organizational needs.
This support is not meant to supplant the Technical Assistance you receive from S4A or from Dr. Espinoza and Dr. Nathaniel. It is supplemental assistance designed to complement and strengthen the resources already available to you.
